No. 6 is located directly opposite No. 64 in a quiet residential street adjoining Colchester's spacious Victorian park. With its lovingly restored period details - cast-iron fireplaces in each room, stripped woodwork, antique furnishings and traditional bed linen - the cottage perfectly encapsulates the atmosphere of the Victorian era. The pretty back garden with table and chairs is sheltered and secluded.
The cottage comfortably sleeps three. Upstairs there is a double bedroom,
single bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs the accommodation consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen. As well as a television/video and sound system the living room has two single sofa-beds. The cottage has a washer-drier, electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is a drive way for off-road parking.
